This is Hooyo’s style of spicy chicken burger, with real chicken fillet, breaded with spices and dipped in our Hot Nashville Sauce. 

You can taste the flavor of Hooyo’s cooking in this juicy burger, with organic-grass-fed beef patty and home-made burger bun, topped with Hooyo's Garlic-Mayo sauce. 

We use Victoria Lake Tilapia fillet and batter it with our Cajun spices and fry it until golden brown.

Our Goat meat has been simmered on low heat for hours, resulting in astonishingly tender and juicy meat that effortlessly falls off the bone. Then we sauteed it in spices to make it even more juicer and more flavorful.
